Returns and Refunds
We want you, our loyal customer, to be satisfied with your purchase. Therefore, we provide the following return policy and procedure: If, for any reason, you decide not to keep the loose diamond/jewelry, we will accept it back in its original condition, no questions asked, no restocking fee, for a refund or an exchange within 1 months (30) days of purchase (date customer received the item!).

Wire transfer - will be refunded via company check

Once the 30 day period has expired, you will have the opportunity to upgrade a diamond purchased through King of Jewelry anytime. You can send the diamond back to us with the original certificate, and then we will apply the original price paid for your diamond towards the purchase of a new diamond. If there is any damage to a diamond, we will still credit you with the original purchase price, but only after subtracting the cost for polishing and reshaping the diamond.

We understand that purchasing merchandise over the internet is confusing and sometimes scary, especially when large amounts of money are involved. We also understand that buying an engagement ring or any fine jewelry is an emotional purchase, which will have sentimental feelings attached to them for years to come. With this in mind, we have set forth the following guarantees:

  • All of the diamonds we sale are guaranteed to be authentic, Genuine Natural Diamonds. None of our diamonds are treated, enhanced, nor laser inscribed!
  • All of our merchandise is sold NEW.  We do not sell used or estate jewelry.
  • Our client's privacy is very important.  We guarantee that NO information collected by us will be distributed.
  • Each client has a 30 day inspection period (from time you receive the merchandise).  If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will refund your full money minus shipping.
  • We DO NOT charge any sort of restocking fees for returns or exchanges which fall within our return/exchange policy.
  • Due to the nature of our business, we do not warranty against lost diamonds. We are in the wholesale business and this is a service provided by some retailers. In most cases, retailers do not warranty against such a loss.
  • King of Jewelry will repair the items if:
  1. Metal cracks under normal wear.
  2. Diamond falls out (diamond is not lost, but falls out).  Please remember, the diamonds must be retightens annually due to normal everyday use.  We suggest that you have your items professionally cleaned and rechecked on a yearly basis.
  3. Any miscellaneous cracks or wear marks that are out of the ordinary.
  • The aforementioned circumstances will be repaired with no labor charges. You will be responsible for materials, if applicable, and re-shipping.
