Lifetime Upgrade Policy

Once the 30-day period expires, you will be able to upgrade your King of Jewelry center stone diamond purchase.

You can send the center diamond back to us with the original certificate, at which point we'll apply 90 percent (90%) of original price paid for your center diamond towards the purchase of a new diamond.

If the gem is damaged, we will NOT credit you, and in most cases we can not buy the stone from you, therefore we will ship the stone back to you on your own expense.

All upgrades must be minimum 50% higher than the trade in value.

Please note: Lab grown diamonds are not not included on the lifetime upgrade policy and after 7 days receiving the item, they are not returnable anymore!

Upgrade orders are not eligible for discounts, coupons, or price match requests.

The original diamond must be returned to us and accepted by our Quality Assurance department before your new selection is shipped.
