About Our Policies

Q: What is your return policy? A: We offer different return policies based on the type of diamond:

  • Natural Diamonds: 30-day return policy with NO restocking fee, even on custom orders. Two complimentary returns allowed per customer per year.
  • Lab-Grown Diamonds: Lab Grown diamonds return policy is 30 days from the delivery date as well but there is no upgrade policy applied to lab grown diamonds and Jewelry.

Q: Do you offer a warranty? A: Yes! We offer a Lifetime Warranty on all jewelry. If your jewelry needs service or repair at any point, we will repair it free of charge. (Note: Customers are responsible for shipping and insurance costs both ways for warranty repairs.)

Q: Can I upgrade my diamond in the future? A: Yes! We offer a Lifetime Center Stone Upgrade Policy for natural diamonds only. After the 30-day return period expires, we'll apply 90% of your original purchase price toward an upgrade. You must return the diamond with the original certificate. Lab-grown diamonds are NOT included in this policy.

  • Orders under $10,000: UPS 2 Day Air (free)
  • Orders $10,000+: UPS Next Day Air (free)
  • International shipping available via FedEx Worldwide Express for $56 USD

Q: Do you offer custom design services? A: Absolutely! Every piece is handcrafted to perfection to fit your complete satisfaction. You can also use our "Design Your Own Ring" tool to select a setting and choose a diamond.

Q: Are your diamonds certified? A: Yes! Every diamond comes with GIA (Gemological Institute of America) or EGL certification and our diamonds are 100% blood-free. Browse our certified natural diamonds or lab-grown diamonds.

Q: What are canary diamonds? A: Canary diamonds are fancy yellow diamonds with vivid, intense yellow color ranging from Fancy Light Yellow to Fancy Vivid Yellow. They are rare, highly sought-after gemstones that make stunning engagement rings.

Q: What diamond shapes do you offer? A: We offer all popular shapes: Round, Princess, Cushion, Emerald, Oval, Radiant, Asscher, Pear, Heart, and Marquise.

Q: Can I ship to a different address or internationally? A: Yes! We ship worldwide and can accommodate alternative addresses (like your workplace). For security purposes, please call 888-349-8299 to arrange alternative address shipping. We also ship to military APO/FPO addresses via USPS Priority Mail (wire transfer required).
